The platform delivers a structured job search experience with filters by functional area, industry, city, and job type. Top employers, including Amazon, Flipkart, Rapido, Paytm, and Axis Bank, are onboarded with dedicated company profiles, open job counts, and logo-driven discovery. Job seekers can register, build their profile, and apply directly — while employers get a separate portal to post openings, manage applications, and get verified.
Key delivery highlights include a bilingual interface supporting English and Hindi, city-wise job browsing covering Lucknow, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and 10+ more cities, a featured jobs system with priority placement, and a category-based browsing structure spanning 80+ functional areas and 20+ industries.
