RojiRoty Leader is a Flutter-based mobile application built as a companion to the RojiRoty job portal — designed for job seekers and referral partners who want to find work, track applications, and earn rewards by referring candidates to partner companies across India.
The app serves two distinct user journeys within a single, clean interface. As a job seeker, users can browse 50+ live roles from companies including Delhivery, Blinkit, DTDC, Swiggy, and more — each listing showing salary, job type, and city — with a one-tap application flow and a dedicated "Applied" tab to track submission status. As a referral leader, users get a personal referral code, a live referral dashboard tracking leads, conversions, and rewards, and the ability to add leads one at a time or via bulk spreadsheet upload.
TekLoyd designed and developed the complete app in Flutter — building a dual-role architecture that handles both the job seeker and referral partner experience within one unified codebase. The home screen surfaces a real-time referral overview (leads, converted, referrals) filterable by today, 7 days, 30 days, or all time, alongside invite link activity tracking showing link opens and signups. The referral program screen lists 15+ active partner companies — each with individual lead and referral counts — allowing leaders to manage their pipeline company by company.
The profile section includes a unique referral code per user, jobs applied count, rewards balance, and account management — giving users full visibility over both their job search activity and referral earnings in one place. WhatsApp-native sharing is built in for referral code distribution, reducing friction in the invite flow.
Key delivery highlights include a dark/light adaptive UI with an orange and near-black brand palette, a segmented job browsing and application tracker, a referral program dashboard with time-range filtering, bulk lead upload via spreadsheet import, partner company management with per-company lead tracking, and a reward balance and activity history module.
