Challenge
Bizstart is an India-based startup enablement platform that helps aspiring entrepreneurs assess their potential, build business plans, connect with mentors, and access expert launch services — all in one place. Their offering spans four core pillars: entrepreneurial assessment tools, an online business plan builder, one-on-one mentorship scheduling, and a curated network of functional experts across incorporation, branding, digital marketing, accounting, and web development.
Despite a strong and differentiated service model, the existing website was not doing justice to the brand. The design felt outdated — visually inconsistent, lacking a clear hierarchy, and failing to communicate the platform's value to first-time visitors. Key challenges included:
- The homepage did not clearly explain what Bizstart does or who it is for, leading to high bounce rates among cold traffic.
- The four core service areas — Assessment, Business Plan, Mentorship, and Launch Services — were not presented as a coherent journey, making it hard for users to understand how they fit together.
- The visual design lacked the credibility and polish expected by entrepreneurs and early-stage founders evaluating whether to trust the platform
- There was no clear conversion flow — visitors had no obvious next step to take after landing on the site.
- The platform needed to appeal simultaneously to aspiring entrepreneurs with no business background and to professionals exploring the expert network.
